About me
Angie’s current heart work is as an Assistant Principal at Monte Vista High School but she has served in many roles over her 30-year career including Equity Instructional Coach, District EdTech Administrator, and Alt Ed Teacher. She is honored to be trusted with the responsibility to support teens during such a pivotal stage. Angie strives to lead with courage and compassion as it brings her great joy to validate, celebrate, and learn from the unique gifts that her students and colleagues offer. In short, her students inspire her to be a better human! Living in the community where she works offers endless opportunities to connect and volunteer locally; she presently serves on the Board of PFLAG Danville-San Ramon. Angie is a proud mom to four boys - two human and two feline. She loves to dance, eat chocolate, write, and recharge at the beach.
