The Associate Superintendent of Educational Services at the San Mateo County Office of Education. Ms. Shouse is an active member of the Coalition for Safe Schools and Communities Steering Committee and oversees the County Office’s Safe and Supportive Schools Department, which supports districts in the implementation of the Coalition’s protocols.
