About me
Mimi Quan is an innovative educational leader with a focus on equity and diversity. With 25 years of experience as a teacher, site administrator and now at the Contra Costa Office of Education, she has worked with students from Transitional Kindergarten to adults at the university level. In every position, she has held students at the center of her work, seeking to support them academically as well as social emotionally. Mimi has a passion for equity and inclusion for all populations, including race, gender identity and ability levels.
