About me
D'shara Strange is a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, serving as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager for Fresno Unified School District (FUSD). In this capacity, she develops and facilitates cultural proficiency trainings, workshops, and initiatives designed to foster inclusivity and understanding. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping projects that empower students and families across the district, fostering a community that values diversity and equity.
D'shara earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado where she was a three-time all-conference Division 1 women’s basketball player and a Hall of Fame Inductee. D'shara also earned a Master of Science in Sport Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a native of Banning, California and enjoys nature, travel, and good food.
