About me
Gracie Estrella is a Coordinator of District Support and Improvement at the San Mateo County Office of Education providing district leaders with technical support in writing and implementing LCAPs, Differentiated Assistance and in utilizing Improvement Science to evaluate school systems. As an educator of 19 years (a teacher, ELA/ELD Curriculum Specialist, and summer school STEM principal), student voice and expression is at the core of Gracie’s work. She is passionate about providing resources and services to school communities that improve student, teacher, staff and families school experiences. In her free time Gracie enjoys exploring nature and adventuring to new places with her family.
